What’s included

  • A 480 V three-phase panel or switchboard to correct
  • Wall, rack or cabinet space for a 24 × 30 × 10 in unit (133 lb)
  • Your own licensed electrician to install it
  • Access for our meters before and during the term
The Six Months

How the rental runs.

Baseline

Before anything is installed, we meter the panel to record its power factor, reactive power, current and harmonics under normal operation.

Installation

Your licensed electrician installs the unit on the panel. It mounts on a wall, a rack or in a cabinet.

Six months of operation

The unit corrects continuously. Its touchscreen shows grid-side and load-side current and power factor in real time, and it reports over Modbus if you want the data in your building-management system.

Measurement and report

We measure again under comparable conditions and put before and after side by side in a written report.

Your decision

Buy the unit, lease it, keep renting, add units on other panels, or return it.

A fair comparison

Cooling load, production schedules and occupancy change through the year. We compare power factor, reactive power and current under comparable conditions and flag anything that changed, so the result holds up in front of your finance team.
