1. What we collect

When you send the evaluation form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, facility location and the facility details and answers you choose to give. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use it

We use your details to answer your request, judge whether an evaluation is worthwhile, prepare surveys, rentals and proposals, and follow up on them. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

When your request moves toward a survey, rental or proposal, we share the relevant details with the equipment manufacturers we work with, Accentz, Inc. and Trans Power Company, so their engineers can prepare. We also use service providers that host this website and deliver our email. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.

5. Security and retention

Everything you send travels over an encrypted (TLS) connection. We keep request details for as long as we are discussing or carrying out work with you, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request through our contact form with “Privacy” in the message, or reply to any email from us.
